Refund & Cancellation

Plans are recurring digital subscriptions billed in USD. Access to the studio and its allowances is delivered immediately and continuously for the paid period. Stagelight is an online-only digital SaaS subscription. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery of tangible items. Because there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped, delivery is instant and online only.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@hamesestates.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then moves to the free Snapshot tier.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the plan price until cancelled. Monthly allowances reset each period and do not carry over. Renewal receipts are sent to your billing email.

• If a render fails or is clearly defective, we will re-render it at no cost — this is the primary remedy.
• Unused monthly allowance is not refundable, since access was available throughout the period.
• If you were charged in error or a duplicate charge occurred, contact us within 30 days for a full refund of the incorrect amount.
• Where a mandatory consumer-law right to a refund applies to your purchase, we honour it.

Email support@hamesestates.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks on legitimately delivered subscriptions may result in account suspension.
