Content License

You keep all ownership of the room, facade and garden photos and the facts you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them and to authorise us to process them.

You grant HAMES ESTATES LIMITED a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process your uploads solely to generate your requested outputs and to operate and secure the service. This licence ends when we delete the content. Uploaded source photos are cleared within 30 days by default.

Subject to payment and our Terms, the staging renders, listing copy, curb-appeal images and reels we generate for you may be used by you to market the specific listing they were created for. You must keep the “Virtually staged” disclosure with any staged image or reel wherever it appears.

• Do not upload photos of property you are not authorised to list.
• Do not include third-party brands, logos, trademarks, or identifiable people without rights.
• Do not remove the staging disclosure or use outputs to mislead buyers or renters.
• Do not resell the generated outputs as a stock library or a competing service.

We do not use your uploads or outputs to train AI models.
