AI Disclaimer

Stagelight uses AI to generate staging renders, room refreshes, curb-appeal images, listing copy and walkthrough reels. Please read how to use these outputs responsibly.

Last updated: 12 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales

1. Outputs are creative marketing drafts

Everything the studio produces is creative and marketing material for review. It is not a property valuation, survey, inspection, or legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not represent the actual, current condition of any home.

2. Renders are virtually staged concepts

Staging, decluttering, refresh, curb-appeal and light-board renders show a possible presentation of a space, not its real state. Furniture, finishes, tidiness and lighting are digitally added or changed. Every such image and reel carries a “Virtually staged” disclosure, which must remain when published.

3. Copy may be inaccurate — verify the facts

AI-generated listing copy can be imprecise or wrong. You are responsible for verifying all facts — floor area, number of rooms, age, tenure, energy performance, boundaries, transport, schooling and any selling points — before publishing.

4. Do not mislead

You must not use any output to remove, hide or minimise real defects, damage, or structural/safety issues, or to mislead a buyer or renter. Listing copy must be fair and non-discriminatory.

5. No guaranteed outcome

Stagelight does not guarantee that a listing will sell or rent, be approved by any listing platform, or reach any price or performance. Outputs are tools to present a home well, not a promise of results.

6. Human review

Treat every output as a draft. Review, edit and confirm before you use it in a live listing. If something looks wrong, re-render or contact support@hamesestates.shop.
